Applicability

These terms apply to all requests, introductions and childcare agreements between Lovicare and the client.

Requests and formation of an agreement

A request via the website is free of obligation and commits you to nothing.

An agreement is only formed once an introduction has taken place and the arrangements regarding days, hours, tasks and rate have been confirmed by both parties.

Delivery of care

Lovicare provides care with the diligence that may be expected of a professional and observes the household’s house rules and agreements.

The client provides a safe environment and shares all information relevant to the child’s safety and wellbeing.

Rates and payment

For one-off childcare the rates published on this website apply: €25 per hour for one child, €30 per hour for two children and €35 per hour for three children, with a minimum booking amount of €100 per booking. Where the regular rate works out higher than that minimum, the regular rate applies.

For regular nanny care a personal proposal is made after the introduction. Rates are agreed and confirmed in advance; any changes are always announced beforehand.

Cancellation

Cancellation periods and any associated costs are recorded when the arrangements are made and communicated in advance.

Liability

Lovicare makes every effort to deliver care safely and carefully. The extent of liability is set out in the childcare agreement.
