Discuss care, the price and terms. Lucy asks whether you agree and records your answer.
Confirmation and invoice
After your agreement, Lovicare confirms the booking and sends the agreed invoice, including any registration fee and credit you chose.

Staying reachable
You are reachable throughout, and a second contact person is known in advance.
