How it works
From first enquiry to a trusted arrangement
A clear process means both sides know where they stand. Here is how an arrangement with Lovicare takes shape.
From first enquiry to a trusted arrangement
Your request
You complete the request form or send a message. The more you tell us about your family and your wishes, the more specific our answer can be.
First response
We look at whether your request fits the current availability and the type of care Lovicare offers. You will hear from us either way.
Introduction
A no-obligation conversation, preferably at your home. Your children are welcome to join — that first meeting says a great deal.
Getting to know your family
We go through routines, habits, allergies, house rules, how to reach you, and anything else that matters for good care.
Availability & agreements
Days, hours, tasks and the rate are set out clearly, so there is no ambiguity later on.
First day of care
The first time is deliberately gentle, with room to settle in — for your child and for you.
Review
Shortly after the start we discuss how it is going. Small adjustments made early prevent bigger frustrations later.
A long-term arrangement
If it works well on both sides, the arrangement grows with the age and the needs of your children.
Safety and care
Safety and care
Childcare at home calls for clear agreements. These points are settled before the first day of care.
Staying reachable
You are reachable throughout, and a second contact person is known in advance.
Emergencies
What to do in case of illness or an accident is agreed beforehand, along with the details needed.
House rules
Your agreements on screen time, food, outdoor play and visitors are followed.
Keys and access
Arrangements for access to your home are made explicit and recorded.
Privacy within your family
What happens in your home stays private. No photos or stories about your children are shared, online or offline, unless you have explicitly given permission. Information you share is used only to provide good care.
