Which data is processed

When you send a request or a message, Lovicare processes the details you enter yourself: your first name, email address, phone number, town or postcode, the number of children and their ages, the type of care you are looking for, and the note you add yourself.

Medical records and special categories of health data are deliberately not requested. If you do share such information, it is used solely to safeguard your child’s wellbeing.

What the data is used for

Your data is used to contact you, assess your request, make a suitable proposal and — where an arrangement follows — provide safe, high-quality care.

Your data is never sold and is not used for advertising.

Processors and tools

Service providers may be used to send and store form submissions, for example for email or hosting. Appropriate agreements are made with those parties about how your data is handled.

Retention

Data from requests that do not lead to an arrangement is kept no longer than needed to handle the request.

Data of families with an ongoing arrangement is kept for the duration of that arrangement and thereafter only as long as statutory retention obligations require.

Cookies and statistics

This website sets no tracking cookies and uses no advertising pixels.

Your language preference is stored locally in your browser so that your next visit opens in the right language. That preference never leaves your device.

Photos and imagery

No photos or stories about your children are shared, online or offline, without your explicit permission. Permission is always requested separately and can be withdrawn at any time.
